One-time $1,500 fee.

You are investing in a multi-touch evaluation designed to seek deeper insight into your organization's needs, long-term solutions and structures training plans. 

• One-hour initial meeting
• Questionnaires, interviews, meetings, observations and workflow review (6 hours total)
• Evaluation of team strengths, gaps and opportunities

Deliverables:

A detailed proposal outlining recommended training topics, formats, delivery method, plus a customized plan and quote. 

Assessment timelines vary based on scope and availability. Please allow 3-4 weeks for completion.

What to Expect:

• All consulting services are delivered one-on-one by Maggie, founder of My Design Coach.
• Initial meetings are held via Zoom.
• Questionnaire will be completed prior to attending your session to help us understand your creative team goals, challenges, and priorities so we can tailor the experience.
• Sessions are collaborative, practical, and tailored to your specific business and team needs.
• Engagements are intentionally scoped to maintain focus, quality, and meaningful outcomes.

After Purchase

You’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your session and complete a required questionnaire. This ensures we make the most of your time. Returning clients will follow the same process, as each project is unique and deserves a fresh start.
