Purchase Option Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these purchases.

Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of the term. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.

  • To change or cancel your subscription, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us at maggie@mydesigncoach.com.

Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order reserves an out-of-stock or upcoming item. We may collect full payment, partial payment, or just store your payment method until the item is ready to ship.

  • You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled for a full refund of any payments made.

  • Once a pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, it follows our regular return policy.

Try Before You Buy

  • For eligible products, we will authorize (but not charge) your payment method before shipping.

  • You’ll have a set trial period (listed on the product page) to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • If you keep it past the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full amount.

  • If you don’t want to keep it, return it within the trial period following our Return Policy.
