Orders for physical products (stickers & merch) are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Digital products (including My Design Coach subscriptions) are delivered instantly via email or account access — no shipping required.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at maggie@mydesigncoach.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and details. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
