Physical Products (Merch)

Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Start: Email maggie@mydesigncoach.com with your order number and reason for return before sending anything back.

Return Shipping: If approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom/personalized products, sale items, and gift cards.
Digital Products & Subscriptions
Due to the nature of digital content, all subscription and digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. If you have any issues, please contact us so we can help resolve them.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your item. Processing times may vary by your bank or payment provider.
